I don’t say it enough, but I am forever thankful for each of you and your commitment to healthcare. We all love to hate it, but somehow we still always show up—and I don’t think any of us are going anywhere anytime soon. It’s the kind of work that only the people in it truly understand… and honestly, it’s you guys that make it all worth it.

The bond we share through long shifts, chaos, laughter, and the tough moments no one else can relate to is something really special. Y’all make even the hardest days more bearable, and I’m so grateful to know you.
