CSA Flower Subscriptions 2026
Bring the beauty of the farm straight to your home. Our flower subscriptions are a seasonal membership that guarantees you a bouquet of fresh, locally grown blooms throughout the growing season (April–October).
Each bouquet is harvested at peak freshness, hand-tied, wrapped in kraft paper, and filled the flowers blooming best that week — with over 40 varieties grown on the farm each year, you are guaranteed to have a one of a kind bouquet each month.
Choose pickup at the farm in Chapel Hill, Stillwater Boutique in Nolensville, Thunder Moon Collective in East Nashville, Fiber, Feather, & Fur Farm in Franklin/ Leiper’s Fork, AP’s Aesthetics & Wellness in Franklin, or porch pickup in Brentwood near Crockett Road.
There is also the option to have your bouquets delivered right to your doorstep or workplace. Spots are limited each season to ensure quality and intentionality with every bouquet.

If you're just outside these areas, send us your address (email or social media DM), and we’ll check if we can deliver to you.
At checkout, please include your delivery address and any special instructions (like gate codes or preferred drop-off spot).
Additional $10 delivery fee will be added per delivery.
Payments will be billed the month prior and billed monthly. (Ex: Signup for June subscription will be billed in May & last October bouquet will be billed in September) 5 payments total.

I don’t say it enough, but I am forever thankful for each of you and your commitment to healthcare. We all love to hate it, but somehow we still always show up—and I don’t think any of us are going anywhere anytime soon. It’s the kind of work that only the people in it truly understand… and honestly, it’s you guys that make it all worth it.
The bond we share through long shifts, chaos, laughter, and the tough moments no one else can relate to is something really special. Y’all make even the hardest days more bearable, and I’m so grateful to know you.
